Cover-up Tattoos in Lombok: What to Send Before Booking

A cover-up is designed around ink already in your skin. We need to see the old tattoo before suggesting a new design or a price. Its darkness, shape, size and location all affect what may be possible.

Send a clear photo of the existing tattoo

Take the photo in even daylight, in focus, with some surrounding skin visible. Add the approximate width and height in centimetres. Show nearby tattoos too if they must fit into the new composition. Tell us if there is scar tissue or if the area has already been covered once.

Describe what you would like instead

Send a few reference images and say which parts you like. Be open to a design larger or darker than the old tattoo where coverage requires it. Not every concept can completely hide existing ink; we will discuss realistic directions after seeing it.

Allow time for a custom plan

A cover-up may need more drawing and tattooing time than a new piece of similar dimensions. Large work can involve multiple sessions. Our general starting prices for small and medium tattoos are not a reliable final estimate for a cover-up, so we quote each project individually.
